The Fayerweather Craft Guild keeps the house open to the public with a unique gift shop, featuring locally handmade crafts. Now in its 40th year, its member artisans have hundreds of pieces for sale, including: bird houses, whirligigs and mobiles, note cards, jewelry, quilted table runners, knitting, tote bags, baby clothes, wooden whimsies, desk & mantel clocks, game boards & toys.

Entrance is free and there is free parking in the rear of the building. The three downstairs rooms of this historic farmhouse contain period furnishings and the house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds.

Fayerweatherhouse was built in 1820 and is one of several historic buildings in the picturesque village of Kingston.
It is now the home of the Fayerweather Craft Guild which is dedicated to preserving old crafts and promoting new ones.The Guild also sponsors various programs and events throughout the season.
